Staff were very welcoming. Showed me how the colour code works and helped me without following my every move (that had made me feel very uncomfortable in a different shop). The staff insisted that I laid properly on the bed to test things. Gave valuable information. Asked me questions. Would leave me alone to lay on the bed and then come back to me again so that I didn't feel harassed.

Service from Martyn was exceptional which brought everything else into this category. Delivery guys also were helpful, friendly but polite.

Explained to the salesman I had a problem with my knee and needed a mattress to support me so he recommended the gel top 1000 springs mattress.A medium firm mattress I did try it out but you can't tell what it will be like after 2 or 3 minutes it's not like lying on it for I hours.The salesman explained about the 40 day test if not satisfied I could exchange for something else but of same value or higher which is an excellent idea.Ordered my mattress and it is being delivered on Fri the 8th.

Lee the salesperson was excellent in the way he dealt with our purchase,also in explaining the finance terms and conditions.I would certainly recommend Lee to any of my friends or family who are looking for their bedding requirements.

We were served quickly by a knowledgeable salesman, not hassled for a sale left to try out mattresses

I told the sales person I was only looking for a pillow, omg what great service even though I was just interested in a pillow. Offering me a cup of tea as soon as I arrived in the store and the gentleman explained everything about choosing the correct pillow and my god he knew his stuff. I wonder what service I will get when I come back to buy a bed??

As the store is so difficult o find, I'd no signs on the main road to say the store is hidden behind other buildings, the staff knew we was not happy, so promptly made us coffee, and gave us his fall attention, you are quite lucky you have good staff.

Not a pushy salesman. Asked what we were looking for. Showed us the different products and left us to peruse.
