The level of service from martyn was above and beyond what I was expected

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very welcoming. Attention to detail.

I attended the store with my 2 daughters in order to look at bed frames and mattresses for them both. We were immediately met by Lee who offered us a tea or coffee and told us to feel free to browse, test the beds and ask him any questions we may have. I asked him about the difference in the construction of various mattresses and he explained this to us very clearly and pointed out the colour codes used for the varying mattress types. He did not 'badger' us at all and left us to wander and try out beds at our ease but was always available to answer any questions we wanted to ask. We were therefore very pleased with the service we received from Lee - and ended up buying two beds and two mattresses, plus mattress cover and assembly for both, under separate Order numbers 311A003870 and 311A003871 (as being delivered to two different addresses).

I was very satisfied with the tidiness of the store and offering me a hot drink I don’t think another shop has offered me that.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and with their help we were able to place an order quickly and efficiently.

The sales person who helped us gave us lots of information and taught us a lot about our new mattress. The sales person was called martyn

We was served by Lee who spent time explaining about the different types of mattresses and pillows. He had a great knowledge of the products and he spent time with us trying different types of mattresses. Nice to deal with some who is pleasant.
