The assistant was very informative, giving me his time and knowledge. There was no pressure. Not pushy sales talk. My main complaint was the as I was spending £1500 I was only offered £74 discount. Which is about 5% I would have expected at least £ 150

Had visited other stores, most carried the same/similar product but Dreams were better on price. Deciding factor was also a promotion on the day we visited the store.

Good customer care.Staff seemed to be knowledgeable about the products on sale.They were very patient and offered me a drink. Staff took their time to explain about the return policy and the trial period. STAFF also informed me about the need to buy a mattress protector during the trial period. They also explained to me the differences between the memory form mattress and the gel mattress which allowed me to make a sound informed decision on which product to purchase. Staff also spoke in depth about the different colour coding in store ie the red and the blue on the beds. I also had the chance to have a feel by sleeping on the mattresses with pillows on which also made it easier to choose a mattress.

The assistant, Martyn, was extremely helpful and had substantial knowledge about the products on offer at the store. He was very polite and made the whole experience easy and satisfying.

Staff were friendly and available with minimum waiting when requiring help. Was given space to look around and test the mattresses without feeling pressurised. Was offered hot drinks twice and when accepted the coffee was very nice too! Did not feel rushed at all.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially the older man who dealt with our purchase. On arrival we were asked if we would like tea or coffee which was unexpected but welcome. Choosing a new mattress can be daunting but its was not long to decide the one for us. Nice no pressure atmosphere.
