Highly satisfied the man in the store was very polite and helpful we was greeted as soon as we arrived and offered refreshments told all the information we needed to help choose the right product as well as bedding very pleasant shopping experience.

I last dealt with Dreams about 20 years ago and was highly satisfied then and I was not disappointed with the service this time. Store is easily accessible, staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient, Lee served me and he explained everything clearly and asked me if I understood everything. He advised on what products he thought were suitable for my needs and I tried out several mattresses before making my choice. He also advised me on suitable storage space in the divan and I tested the drawers before making my choice. It was an easy and enjoyable transaction, Dreams has lived up to my expectations.

Martyn was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained the colour coding of the mattresses and then left me to try without hassling me. When I had made a decision was again on hand to talk me through the base and headboard options. I was very comfortable that he knew his stuff!

The sales person, Martyn, was excellent. He allowed us time to browse but also there to answer all the questions we had. Very professional and kind. Offered us a drink too, and as it was a hot day, we gladly accepted a bottle of water.
