Both sales advisor (Martyn) and the store manager were very helpful, knowledgeable and provided a friendly service.

We came to the store yesterday for a general quote for a bed and Dean was at our assistance from entering. He was not only very welcoming and very knowledgeable of all the products. We came back to Dreams because of the excellent service we had received and also the product was fantastic!

I knew what I wanted when I went to the shop but Martyn was nice and helpful. When it was to choose the mattress he left me to choose without rush and freely. When I was ready for the final choose and purchase it was quick and easy

Great service from Staff member Lee was very helpful and friendly he explained& answered our questions he recommended we lay on the mattresses to try them out which we did and made a purchase of the tempur mattress can not wait for delivery in a weeks time.

We went to dreams Romford to try out a tempur mattress. We had looked at the mattress elsewhere however Lee was so informative and helpful we felt obliged to purchase the there and then. The purchase of the mattress was very swift even with applying for credit. Lee made us feel valued as a customer and we will definiatly be back.
