Salesman explained the difference between beds available then left me to shop on my own which I like. He was available when I was ready to purchase and not sell me something he wanted me to have

For the products we liked we were shown alternatives which were different prices and similar so we could make the right choice based on value for money and what we were looking for.

Excellent assistance given in helping us to find the right mattress for us with so many to choose from. The salesman spent as much time with us as was needed to help us choose, and fully explained the products and all the different options.

From the moment I discussed with 'Lee' the assistant what I was looking for he was very helpful, knowledgeable and attentive (offered me refreshments) and took the time to help me find the right pillow for me, even advising me to lie on a bed with a similar mattress to the one I have at home before handing me a variety of pillows to try. Very good customer service skills, not pushy, just polite, helpful and friendly. It's all a customer would ask for.
