Lee made me extremely welcome when I entered the store. He welcomed me with a smile and I felt instantly comfortable. lee asked what my needs were and i explained a new mattess because of back ache. Lee showed my the diagnostics machine and explained how tis can help me find my perfect mattress. It did not stake long and Lee allowed me to realx and understand what was being done. The results were quick and Lee showed me the selection of mattresses i should focus on. He gave me plenty of time to test each mattress and asked how i felt everytime. I was very impressed with Lee's custmer skills and like i said before he made me feel very comfortable and more importantly he made me smile.

All of the staff where very friendly and approachable. Lee put me on the diagnostic bed which was a mind blowing experience and quite enjoyable. Tried all the mattresses that where suggested and choose the first one. Paying, sorting out the delivery was so quick and straight forward.
