Lee helped me find a new bed and mattress for the best price. He listened to what i was looking for and managed to help me pick exactly what i wanted and for an amazing price due to having my first baby. He was amazing, very friendly and lovely and would definately recommend anyone to go to the Romford store.

The young man was called lee I think, he was very passionate about mattresses and pillow I never knew I could learn so much from my visit in your store in Hornchurch. Lee made us feel at ease and made the purchase very easy. We will definitely be recommending lee to our friends and family. 5 star employee.

Great customer service in store and delivery was great. Bed installed quickly. Customer service in the phone could be better. Phoned x 4 and twice told by automated voice to call back later and twice I left a message on a voicemail and nobody called me back. But other than that good experience.
