The staff were able to guide us to the product which best met our requirements. The delivery time for some items was over 6 weeks which was a little disappointing.

The assistant was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Not pushy, and explained about the different products. Left us to try the products and decide.

Shop assistant was highly knowledgeable and understood my needs. Showed range of mattress’ in my price range and offered good advice. Smooth visit and was able to answer all my queries regarding finance.

The sales assistant Martyn was pleasant and helpful with out being pushy. I was dealt with immediately in a friendly manner. He knew his products and was able to help and advise me in my purchase. The delivery was equally as satisfactory, two charming young men who were quick and efficient and well mannered. Altogether a very good experience.

The assistant in store demonstrated the storage facility and when we placed our order requested a delayed delivery with timings (due to parking restrictions). Leon and Paul, the delivery drivers kept me informed as to delivery and assembled the bed quickly, without fuss, were respectful of my home and were very pleasant to deal with, removing all boxes and packaging.

Big thank you to Dean and other colleague. Both had massive experience in this industry and happy to spend quality time with me as well as making sure other people in the store was ok. You can see they work as a team and as one was serving me the other made a coffee (nice touch). Loved that I was able to walk in my first shop of shopping and get what I wanted and that’s partly due to great customer service.
