We placed our order with a chap named Martyn,he was very helpfull asked if we would like a coffee.He answerd any questions that we had.

Our salesman Lee was very helpful in helping us pick the right mattress. Did not feel rushed, explained all about the best mattress for our needs, and invited us to try out all the beds for comfort. Did not feel pressured in to buying, and was not followed round the shop as some salesman do, he gave us the advice When needed and was very polite. Would definitely go to that Dreams again.

First time on the sleep match bed. Very useful to know type of mattress to buy. Served by Lee who was very knowledgable and helpful.

Martyn was very helpful and polite and introduced me to the new device to determine what type of bed is suitable for me and I was very impressed and I was able to chose the right type of mattress for me. I was also very pleased with the offers of the day that came with the purchase of the mattress.

Martyn who served me told me the different prices for the beds I was looking for, any questions I asked he was able to answer and was very polite.

We were greatly welcomed by sales advisor Martyn in Romford, Dreams as soon as enter the store. We went there to buy 2 D Mattresses, One D Wooden bed frame & one D divan base with two drawers. Martyn quickly understand what we need. Luckily all things we wanted to buy were in the store so we had a nice overview of what we actually getting. He also offered us the New Sleep Match Machine for practical demonstration. We both are really satisfied with the service & info we got from Martyn in the store. He explained us all the other offers that we can get along with the purchases, options and others. We would definitely come in the future as we moved in our new house recently & need to buy other living & bedroom furniture in future. thanks Dreams!!

We went to Dreams thinking that this was the first shop of many while we looked for a new mattress. Lee was so knowledgeable and put us at ease when we were assessed for the best bed for our needs. Even made a cup of coffee while we were being assessed. The trying and testing of several different beds, with full explanation of each. No pushy sales talk at all. Really enjoyed the experience and all done in the one shop!! Would not hesitate to go back to this Dreams Store in the future. Lee is highly recommended and a pleasure to be in the company of - a refreshing change from pushy sales assistants. Thank You

Salesman was very friendly and helpful, but not pushy like some salesmans tend to be, was offered a cup of coffee, which was much appreciated.

The advisor, Martyn, was most helpful, understanding and friendly. The mattress I chose promises to be very comfortable, and I am pleased with the all cotton bed cover he suggested.
