MARTYN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. GAVE US ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND MADE US FEEL IMPORTANT. HE GAVE US TIME ALONE TO LOOK AROUND AND DISCUSS AMONGST OURSELVES. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DREAMS. THE SAME AS IT WAS RECOMMENDED TO US.

Salesman friendly and new his stuff and was not to pushy. Made nice coffee.

First I looked for my nearest store online. I did not know there was a store at this location, even though I had the address, the entrance is hidden and not easily accessible. When we got there, the assistant introduced himself to us straight away and asked if he could help. I said we wanted a bed and he asked if I knew what type of bed I was looking for. After a short chat he suggested I tried the automatic selector which shows your ideal mattress type. After this, he showed me three beds that matched this selection and I tried them all out and chose one. This is the third store I have been to after first trying Bensons and DFS. I was also planning to go to Bridge Bedding of Upminster but did not need to look any further. Also he said that I could try the bed for 30 days to be sure I was happy, and I could change it if not fully satisfied. I felt very comfortable with my choice but the added knowledge of the 30 day trial gave me peace of mind, so went ahead with my order.

I came to Dreams in Hornchurch with my boyfriend on Sunday, upon our arrival we were greeted and we were immediately able to see the variety of choices they had in store. I instantly fell in love with a bed frame nearest the store front which also had matching storage boxes and side tables! I decided to get both. I was then asked by “Dean” what mattress we’d like. Myself and my boyfriend had even tested ourselves on out the “sleep match bed” which recommended a “firm” mattress. Dean soon showed us a variety of firm mattresses to choose from and the process was super quick to choose. I had to measure my bedroom that night to ensure the bed will fit. We then went back the next day and was greeted by Dean again, he was extremely efficient and remembered us form the day before and what we had discussed. He was thorough and very straight forward. We also took great advantage of the 20% sale until Tuesday which was fantastic! A very polite, quick and satisfied service, received all of the emails whilst I was sitting still discussing everything with Dean! A very satisfied and well spent purchase.

The bed machine which gave ideal mattresses to try was convenient. We chose mattress which was recommended to us.
