We was approached immediately but not pestered or hassled assistant was friendly and informative we were very happy with Lee

Assistant was very helpful and guided me to the best possible solution for my mattress requirement

Straight away we was welcomed by a member of staff who took us over to the mattress that shows what you suit. We found this really useful and we was then guided round the mattress that fit us and it made the expierence easier than trying every single bed.

Dean, the store manager was amazing help. Didn't over pressure us and was patient with our questions and decisions. Highly recommended!

I was noticed immediately on entering the shop, but was left alone, until I approached one of the shop assistants, which I think is best approach. Was totally made comfortable with the knowledge of the assistant, & was even offered a cup of tea😊😊😊.Was left to test out the comfort of the mattresses, & even offered a pillow for my head. Then discussed my needs, then purchased my chosen mattress.

The customer service afforded to me was one of the best in many a year offering me their knowledge of the product that I wished to purchase with no hard sell.

We attended with our three year old daughter and I am pregnant. We immediately were welcomed and offered help but also left to browse which I really value. I hate the pressure in some stores that I did not find at the Romford one at all. I had no idea what I was looking for but when asked for help they could not have done anymore to help. They even sat with my daughter and coloured so my husband and I could have a moment to consider the information given. I was then offered a hot drink and the process of placing an order was seamless with hardly any lead In time. Yes it wasn’t the most modern of places but so glad I visited, thank you.

I had a really good experience with Martyn, Dreams Colleague. He really went far and beyond for me to ensure I got the right product! And he was very attentive as well!! And I also loved the dream sleep machine...that was soooo funny! 😹
