Walked in the shop. 3 members of staff all available. was greeted as soon as I arrived. was taken to mattresses straight away. my son chose what he wanted and the I placed the order. all over and dealt with in less than 10 minutes I'd say. very quick, easy process

Martyn was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very professional and helpful.

I was highly satisfied with my experience due to the quality of customer service. I was greeted by Martyn who asked what I was looking for and if I wanted a tea or coffee. He then showed me to the machine in store which recommends which mattress suits you. After that he showed me several mattresses and pillows, after deciding on a mattress he then explained delivery, 28 day exchange and also offered the 8 year warranty and mattress cover which I purchased. Overall it was fantastic service and I would recommend Dreams and Martyn to anyone who we’re looking for anything bed related.

sales person (Martyn) had very good knowledge of the products and gave us time to try various mattresses and make up our mind. Very polite and friendly and didnt try and rush us into a decision

I found just the bed frame I wanted at a good price in the sale. Martyn was helpful and talked me through the order.

I was attended to immediately, I explained what I was looking for, asked if I would be happy to use the computerised bed, yes. I was then shown each bed recommended, each one explained. I tried each one and made my decision. I was not hassled when making this decision and was able to look at the ones chosen without any fussing. Once my decision was made the order was taken and completed. I was more than happy.

Lee, your sales guy was extremely good. I have employed a lot of sales people over the years and I would employ him tomorrow. Give him a raise and no we are not related. Very knowledgable, knew when to push and when to back off and could probably get a job as a stand up comic. Have already recomended the store to quite a few friends. Hope the bed lives up to expectations when it arrives!
