Dean the salesman was very helpful. Asked us what type of bed we were looking for, and suggested we tried the computer bed to measure us. This in turn made his job easier as it narrowed down suitable beds, we tried 4 and made our choice. Dean was very helpful and had a very good insight to our needs.

All aspects of the time spent in store was highly satisfactory.

My wife and I went to shop looking for just a mattress but now being senior citizens we need a good hard mattress for our back problems etc ....Martyn the Gentleman that looked after us was very knowledgeable, polite and helped us greatly. Five star service is rarely found now a days everyone in a hurry or just ignoring you when you walk in and browse but he a smiled as we entered the shop waited as we looked at a couple of mattress then approached us say needing help and he did .we explained our problem and he showed us a few hard mattress to choose from we decided the one we wanted to buy and he informed us very well on delivery and other services you provided.Thanks Martyn ....

Made welcome straight away even had a cup of coffee. Wasn’t pestered when having a look round but when needed the assistant was very helpful
