We were very satisfied with our experience at dreams Martyn was excellent at explaining and helping us choose ,very knowledgeable and able to address any issues that we had ,gave us time to change our minds and phone through to another colleague to check if that colour was available to purchase with the bed we ordered can't fault the experience
