Knowledgable service and a short delivery time for the bed of my choice.

I was extremely grateful for Kirsty’s product knowledge because I’ve never shopped for a proper mattress before - customer service is lacking in other places these days so I was very happy with Kirsty’s approach when serving me.

Very good customer service as soon as we walked through the door, including offering tea and coffee while we looked. Used the sleep machine to give us an idea of the support needed

Kirsty was very patient and explained the options of divans, mattresses and headboards available to us. She offered us hot and cold beverages upon arrival, had patience with my two young restless boys, got us to try the sleep simulator to choose the correct mattress. The boys even had a go afterwards. She was very professional and patient.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. The variety of products was very good and the mattress that we purchased completely suits our requirements.

Lee was attentive and listened to our requirements and suggested different mattresses for us to try after using the sleep assessment. He offered refreshments as well

The Sales Manager was very friendly and knew a great deal about the products. I tried a number of beds all of which were very comfortable. I was pleased about the recycling service available and we had a general chat about environmental issues.
