Martin was very helpful with helping us decided which mattress to buy. He allowed us to (safely) try the mattress we were recommended. He also upgraded the mattress cover that we were given when buying the extended warranty- which we really appreciated.

I do not enjoy shopping at the best of times but dean made it as easy as posble explained everything in a language I could understand was very polite and efficient all done in about 20-30 mins
