The assistant(Kirsty) was very pleasant and polite plus highly knowledgeable. She made the whole experience a good one. I would recommend her and the store to anyone.

We went to the store and the staff was so helpful and friendly. we couldn't make a decision immediately and he showed us our options which are choosen by sleepmatch (that one was so fun:) ).

The member of staff who helped me was friendly, welcoming, and did an amazing job at helping me find the right mattress. This was the fifth bed shop I had visited over two days, and was by far the best service. I had been to the Lakeside dreams the day before, where the level of service was no where close to the standard of the Romford store.

First time buyer here, so didn’t know what to expect. Maybe was going to be a bit complicated but in reality it was a very simple process! Staff where extremely friendly and helpful! I liked the organisation of things there and everything was explained clearly and was given so many options for my order! Kirsty asked me if I’ll need any bed coverings which I actually completely forgot about! Great customer service!

Very helpful assistance from staff within the store who were all polite and professional. They also left us alone to browse so we didn’t feel pressured at all which was great
