Dreams - Romford

Just wish I could of spent more but 500 pounds is enough I think for myself to sleep ....other then that I would of been highly satisfied ....awesome staff products well placed ....thank you

Te store was a bit small.

The store I visited was a small showroom, I would have liked a broader range of products to view, however this had no reflection on the service privided.

To be highly satisfied with price I would always expect to pay much less. Your staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and the cup of tea was very welcome.

Would have liked to have seen a wider range of beds/ mattresses on offer.

We went to Dreams Roneo Corner on Saturday 18 April and the first available date for delivery of our bed was not until 16th May. We were disappointed that it would take a month to receive our bed as we had paid in full at the time of placing our order.

I had wanted to order furniture to go along with the Amy bed we ordered, but the dressing table we wanted could not be ordered. There was no other furniture available that would be suitable.

there was a problem with the computer system at the finance company and we waited over 40 minutes waiting for the re system to come on line. the in store staff made 2 phone calls. but were unable to speed it up. we had to complete the order over the phone the next day.

I was satisfied with the bed as its what i wanted. I basically looked at it myself and chose it. The salesman who placed my order only took the order. The whole time i was choosing a mattress he didnt even get out of his seat. Once i knew the one i wanted to buy i bought it. There was no customer service. I could have done the whole thing myself

The staff is very helpful but the bed and mattresses I bought is so expensive compared to the offers I see on tv and newspaper. I went to dreams because I also buy my beds and wardrobe from there I also have introduced my mum to dreams where she spent over a £1000. I was expecting a less price don't know why it's too expensive.
