When viewing the product beforehand on the website I noted that a free delivery service was available. When in store I was told there was no free delivery service, the Sales Assistant then went onto the website and showed me there was no free delivery option for this bed. I have since gone onto the website and found that the free delivery option is available for on-line orders only. I am annoyed that the Sales Assistant did not tell me that the free delivery option was available for web-orders. I understand that he may have been keen to complete the sale himself but i feel like he withheld that information from me to ensure I bought the item from him. I am also confused as to why when he looked on the website himself, the page did not include the same delivery information as the public-facing site. I am concerned that this was done intentionally and feel like I have been misled.

The assistant ordered the qrong size Ben and mates and did the finance wrong to as was wrong items. He redid it all so it took a little while to complete.

I walked in bought a mattress and left I was satisfied didn't spend long in the shop

The shop staff are wonderful, they are helpful and attentive. My problem is with this product for £85 for a pillow which recently I puchased a bed and mattress from you which are fantastic The pillow is well below average! I feel a bit robbed to be fair. What a let down! My neck is in more pain than before, I thought I was getting a high quality product that would give me the best sleep ... Instead I've had 3 sleepless nights with absolute pain in my neck. I've now took it off the bed and I've now put back on my old pillows which are also terrible! Not impressed with this!

The service at the store was very good,but it wasn't very big and therefore the selection wasn't great.

My experience was very good. Dean was great and helpful without being pushy which was important to me. My only reservation is the fact that the proof of the pudding is in the eating so will reserve final judgement until the product is delivered and installed but the store and the salesman were top notch, thank you.

It would have been nice to have been offered something in return for the amount of money spent like a free delivery or maybe assembly of the bed for free as a thank you for buying from dreams

As I have not received my order, I feel that I cannot give a true comment on my experience with Dreams or of the product ordered. This e-mail should not be sent until after delivery of the goods.
