The employee serving us was a trainee and whilst she was very polite and managed to find an answer to all of our questions, I feel she could have been better supported by other members of staff who were present as when she didn't have an answer to our question she had to go off to get an answer. This is no reflection on the trainee she was doing really well. In my opinion a more trained member of staff could have walked round with us and the trainee and been available for her to turn too should she need the help.

The price quoted was for a king size mattress when we ordered a double. We payed, then the salesman realized the error and we are now waiting a refund on our credit card.

Staff were helpful and friendly, and offered refreshments, which was a pleasant surprise. Spent about 30 minutes trying different mattresses but the staff were not pushy, just helped when asked and gave further information when required. A pleasant experience.

We came in for a mattress and left having purchased one, until we have actually used it then we may be "highly satisfied".

I was not highly satisfied due to the fact I have nothing to judge this against. I needed a bed and had to get one fast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff , not in your face but there if you got any questions. Store open on Sunday. Placing order was easy and delivery was free of charge within 3 days.

Unfortunately although Dreams was advertising a big sale none of the items I ordered were included in the sale.
