Everything was fine. Except there were few less options considering other dream stores...Few ran out! From my opinion the latest mattresses should be available in all stores and be readily available on display.If a customer has to visit other shops then he either looses focus or tries with other brands as dream stores are not located closely ....!!! Not talking abt the Romford store customer service but the representative at ilford store was amazing in customer service..! He is a few extra pounds in weight like me ...but he was very very assertive and helpful and courteous which u want as a customer to build a good relationship with the brand.. merry Xmas in advance!!🥂

Colleague was very professional and competent ,but appeared to be slightly frustrated when I changed my mind re home assembly decision (initially yes then changed my mind as I wasn’t sure if flooring would be complete etc at time of delivery )

I had looked at a couple of mattresses online, which weren't available to try in store. I know you can't stock anything, but there was hardly anything in my price category in store.

The store was fine but the outside environment was very unpleasant. Lots of rubbish lying around including used condoms and the small, shiny gas canister things used by users. Not very welcoming.

The music in the store was extremely loud , similar to being in a night club , not relaxing at all. So I found myself having to raise my voice to talk to my partner , whilst buying a fairly sizeable purchase . Happy to buy the bed , but very happy to get out of the store as well. Sunday morning 10 .15 am should be a chill time . Saturday night 9 pm is party time , if that’s your cup of tea
