On entering the store we were immediately offered assistance and quickly and professionally were guided to what we wanted with a positive suggestion made as to how to improve our choice. We appreciated the offer of coffee. Overall service was courteous and professional. We feel the need to mention Kirsty who directly assisted us and her colleage Michael for making the overall experience pleasent.

The assistant serving us was very helpful and patient, as I am now disabled I have certain priorities eg a low bed, with storage and comfortable mattress which is what I hope I have chosen. There was no pestering or pushing to buy just help in giving info. It was a pleasure to shop there.

As soon as I walked into the store , Kirsty the sales rep was greeting me with a smile and asking how I was! She was very professional with her advice about which bed I should buy. Definitely recommend the store to anyone

We were served by Lee, the resident West Ham fan. From the start, he had a very easy going, but helpful style, balancing information with wit! How any person can know so much about a subject is impressive, and we found the bed and mattress combination we needed with much joviality. Easy peasy.
