Sandra was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She is a true credit to your company. She was able to strike the fine balance of being friendly but also professional. She was brilliant at explaining the PPE available in store during our visit and offered us drinks. I would definitely recommend the Redditch store to any of my friends and family and that was down to the experience we had. Thank you Sandra.

Steve was a lovely, attentive and knowledgable gentleman. Balanced it perfectly in terms of 1:1 help and giving us space to independently make selections. No hard sell. This was our first outing to a shop since lockdown, plus we had our two children with us, Steve made us feel at ease and reassured us re the safety measures in place, the store was clean and uncluttered and easy to navigate. Social distancing was easily implemented. Steve was also spotted discretely cleaning whilst we were busy browsing. He locked the store for us and we felt so assured being the only family present. His sense of humour and interaction with our nine and seven year old girls was perfect. We would definitely come back and hope that Steve would be available with our next purchase too! Steve had himself only been back at work a few days, so we are sure there must be some trepidation for home dealing with the public in this new world however we did not get a glimmer of that at all. He made the experience very relaxed, reassuring and easy! Thank you Steve
