She was friendly and professional at the same time and she struck just the right balance of being there to answer all of our questions but also leaving my husband to browse on our own. Sandra also went the extra mile to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. She was just great. Also 11 out of 10 for all the COVID 19 precautions.
