We were met by Geoff as we walked in and he offered us the use of the hand sanitation. After that we had quality service will all required information and a good sense of humour.There was no attempt to lead us to the most expensive items just a case of gathering information so that we could get exactly what we required. It's not often when are spending a lot of money that you smile through the whole process but in this case it was a Dream come true - cheers!
