Both Steve and Baz were friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgable in product knowledge and functionality.

From entering until leaving the store the experience was very pleasant and the sales staff (Geoff) didnt feel pushy and was very honest and helpful throughout. He recommended everything and helped us to find everything we needed. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and knew what suited us best based on sleeping position, back problems, etc. Was very easy to speak to and helped the understand the benefits of various mattresses, pillows, quilts and mattress toppers. We came away extremely confident we had made the right decision. The only issues were mainly relating to a delay in delivery time but we understand that may be related to the current situation. So it may need to be taken with a pinch of salt as it's likely something out of your control. So outside of that we were fully satisfied and would definitely return to dreams for any sleeping related product needs.
