Very happy with the service I received and the safety measures the store had in place. It was a clean and pleasant environment to be in and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We made an appointment and was greeted by Sandra on arrival along with a well stocked hand sanitiser station, Sandra also offered us masks and gloves and offered to wear them herself, we declined. The guidelines in and out of the store were clear -excellent set up. Sandra asked what our requirements were and led us directly to the beds we were interested in. We were invited to take part in the assessment for the type of mattress we needed for our needs, a very ingenious idea. We were given full ppe to test subsequent mattresses. We made our choice of bed and mattress, made our way to the ordering desk where Sandra advised of the delivery date, placed and clarified our order, confirmed the order, offered the mattress/bed removal service and build of the bed service (which we accepted on both parts). When all was confirmed, Sandra took payment, overall a wholly not eventful, great service by Sandra of which we are very grateful and look forward to receiving our new bed 😄 Cheers Sandra, lovely to meet and business with you x

Geof served us he was a lovely man very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. We were offered a drink of water of which my Grandaughter loved.
