Steve was welcoming and friendly, offered us water on arrival and was quick to help us on the mattress matched device. He was helpful in recommending which mattress to choose, and the order process was completed in minutes. Couldn’t be more happy.

we went to the store at Redditch and he was helpful throughout the whole process by steve who made sure we got the correct bed we wanted and his knowledge of the bed and his care for us through the COVID while we were in the store was excellent, and thank you steve Michael and marelyn
