Steve who served us was excellent, he took the time to understand exactly what we needed and offered us the highest level of customer service. We are ultimately very satisfied with our order and have it not been down to how friendly and informative Steve was we may not have purchased as much as we did. He is a credit to the company and someone I will contact in future if I need anything else from dreams.

I went in needing alot of assistance in placing my order, explained my situation to Sandra and took so much care of me. Used the sleep mattress system for a few minutes and come up with the mattress that best suited me. It was clear she clearly understood all the products on offer and made it easier for me to make the correct choice.
