The sales person was really friendly, she greeted us when we arrived, found out what we were looking for and talked us through the options available with a huge amount of knowledge about the products. She then left us to walk around at our leisure and wasn't pushy at all. When we decided on a mattress, she helped us find the perfect frame. Delivery time was less than a week which was great as well!
