Sandra the sales assistant was excellent. She made the whole experience so positive as her product knowledge was great and her sales technique, friendly but not pushy.

Geoff was extremely helpful, friendly and above all did not appear a pushy salesman. He gave us adequate time to explore options and discuss both with him and between ourselves alone.

Geoff was very helpful, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour!! Mattress test system was very good, although a little confusing when asking for sleep position........ but someone please turn the volume down!!!
