I con honestly say the experience we had at dreams was better than I’ve ever experienced. Steve who looked after us was knowledgeable, and helpful, as well as friendly.

The sales assistant, Steve was really very helpful and knowledgeable. He was polite and friendly but not over powering. He was well informed about the products that they had in store and in stock.

I have bought various items from Dreams before ( last about 5 years ago) and I had always found customer service to be very good. So I was quite looking forward to going and I was not disappointed. I was welcomed and greeted by Geoff. He introduced himself, asked what I was hoping to buy, and then explained that we could use the Sleep Match machine. He explained what would happen and went to get me a coffee while I was on there. What a great machine, it was a nice experience and good how it recommended about 3 types of bed that I would find supportive and comfortable. So now, Geoff took me around to try the 3 beds, with a lovely pillow its paper cover. He was so polite, kind and empathetic. I felt I could trust what he said and he helped me choose a really comfortable bed. He showed me mattress samples and advised about the divan, headboard and pillow. I didn't feel hurried at all. The paperwork, he skilfully completed and the Manager, Baz was there, also friendly and polite. I am very pleased, thank you both so very much. What wonderful staff you have at Dreams Redditch.

Geoff was an entertaining salesman who made the rather mundane task of buying a bed into a fun event . From the almost fair ground bed testing unit to the final Hampton Court maze style tour of the duvets and pillows he summed us up and used a light touch to select the right mattress , 4200 springs ( yes I did listen ) the headboard and the base . We even had coffee to ensure we didn’t doze on the beds as we carried our pillows from firm bed to firm bed . He’s a real asset to your company and delightful to se one of us wrinklies not only employed but doing a great job .

It was a very interesting visit, having my body analysed was brilliant and the guy who helped me was super his name was Steve.

We were given time to assess our needs. Shown several beds and mattresses so we understood the the difference.

Very friendly and professional made it stress free choosing our bed and mattress he let us have time and space to look over what was recommended very good

The shop assistant was so welcoming to us, nothing was ni enoigh trouble. Explained everything clearly and listened to what we wanted. Very friendly and helpful. More than pleased with our purchase.
