I visited the store twice within quick succession and both times I experienced a high quality of customer service and a very very high cleanliness of the products. I would absolutely recommend the Dreams store and will be returning when I need them in the future. Steve was a joy from start to finish

We were welcomed by Steve and he was absolutely superb in the assistance provided. We were blown away with his customer service and his knowledge about the products. He got the right balance of being on hand but not being pushy or in our faces. He genuinely seemed to care - very rare in the world of customer service these days. We were spending a lot of money so it was important to get it right.

Steve was extremely helpful, we had the sleep analysis and he then showed us which mattresses would suit our needs. We tried lots of different mattresses and ironically the one we purchased was the one Steve showed in the first instance. He really did know his ‘stuff’.
