Fantastic service from the moment we walked into the Redditch store. Sandra the assistant manager was a pleasure to meet and even stopped me from shopping around! And to top it off the store manager was excellent with us also in making sure we had been well looked after. Definitely recommend.

I Spoke to Sandra on the phone on the Monday who was very very helpful (I needed a new mattress due to a household accident. The following day I met Steve in store who was super helpful also, and placed an order for delivery on Saturday. All in all, not sure what you could have done to improve the service other than a cup of tea (which cannot work with C-19) or giving me a massive discount ! Really good experience
