I am very happy with my visit today to the dreams store in Redditch with assistance from Steve. I began my search clueless and Steve approached me to ask if I needed help and turns out I couldn’t have made my decision without him! He introduced me to the sleep match machine which I think is excellent and would recommend anyone looking for a mattress to try this. Followed by Steve’s thorough knowledge of the products in store helped me make the perfect decision for my mattress purchase. Steve was happy to listen to my opinions, and work to my budget and was very good at judging my character! Both colleagues in store were super friendly and made me feel comfortable as trying out mattresses can feel awkward! It was quiet during my visit, really clean and Steve ensured me that products are sanitised and I was given a disposable cover for my pillow for testing the mattresses. I had never visited a Dreams store before today but I am so glad I did to make my purchase for my mattress, I have definitely made the best decision with Steve’s assistance. 10/10!
