Steve was very forthcoming with his knowledge of products no pressure of sale his friendly smile stayed on his face after making our mind up on our purchase and leaving store to have a final thought on it and the returning 5 mins later to make purchase

Our Tempur mattress was delivered today and again, polite, clear instuctions were given by the delivery team, who took their boots off wthout being asked!
