There was plenty of sanitiser and masks available. The salesperson was informative but not pushy. We bought a sofa bed and he demonstrated how it opened and encouraged us to sit and lie on it.

Upon visiting the the store, I had assistance in no time. I was assisted in finding the right mattress for my needs and the store quiet so I did not have to worry too much about the distancing. Hand gels were provided on arrival. Geoff who was assisting me was very helpful, approachable and didn’t at all make me feel like a burden on his time. Very satisfactory! :)
