Dreams - Redditch

The shop looked very clean, welcoming and had the correct guidelines in place for Corona virus. Geoff greeted us within the first 30 seconds and as we wasn’t sure what we wanted we went on the sleep match which was great and gave us a better idea. Geoff then offered us a drink and showed us around beds which were within our budget and suited us best. He then left us to it a while which was nice as I don’t like pushy sales people. Once we decided on a bed Geoff popped it all in the system for us. He’s a very happy and funny guy and the rest of the team joined in chatting to us too. He also offered us free delivery and as we took out the 8 year guarantee he also gave us 2 pillows too. We left feeling extremely happy with the service and we will recommend the store to family and friends.

We saw your colleague Sandra who asked what bed we were after and then recommended I use the Sleep match Which offered a selection of mattresses and then we made a selection of a mattress, Divan and headboard, We currently have a Dreams bed, divan and headboard which we are happy with we are just changing up to a bigger bed. Once i had made a selection I came back today with my partner and we saw Sandra again and had another check on the sleepmatch and then made our selection and the purchase with a few extra items. We found Sandra friendly, helpful and efficient and we are looking forward to receiving our new bed soon. Thankyou.
