We visited redditch branch. Sandra helped us choose the bed of our dreams. She let us discuss what our thoughts was without standing by us. I didnt feel under any pressure in purchasing a bed from dreams. I cant wait to have a decent night's sleep in my new bed.

The shop looked very clean, welcoming and had the correct guidelines in place for Corona virus. Geoff greeted us within the first 30 seconds and as we wasn’t sure what we wanted we went on the sleep match which was great and gave us a better idea. Geoff then offered us a drink and showed us around beds which were within our budget and suited us best. He then left us to it a while which was nice as I don’t like pushy sales people. Once we decided on a bed Geoff popped it all in the system for us. He’s a very happy and funny guy and the rest of the team joined in chatting to us too. He also offered us free delivery and as we took out the 8 year guarantee he also gave us 2 pillows too. We left feeling extremely happy with the service and we will recommend the store to family and friends.
