We were welcomed by Geoff, very happy and positive and a good laugh. Listened to what I needed, I used the sleep match which was brilliant and very helpful to see what mattress was best for me. I was offered water and Geoff used the relevant PPE with the sheets and pillow which made us feel safe.

We visited redditch branch. Sandra helped us choose the bed of our dreams. She let us discuss what our thoughts was without standing by us. I didnt feel under any pressure in purchasing a bed from dreams. I cant wait to have a decent night's sleep in my new bed.
