Dreams - Redditch

Ordered a TV ottoman bed frame and mattress and have been given a delivery date of 1 month. Much better than where we previously ordered from who went back on their original delivery time of 7 weeks and changed it to 5 months the day before it was due to be delivered. Will only shop at dreams in future. Bensons for beds customer service is something that belongs in a toilet in comparison! Thanks to the store assistants in redditch for all their help.

From entering the store I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the organisation relating to the covid 19 safety requirements. With a polite welcome to the store All through I was given everything I needed including water as it gets so hot with the face coverings on. I was given a pillow with some protective material to use as I tried the beds for comfort. I was tested on the sleepmatch machine which turned out to show good advice on choices. Barry made sure I was informed of everything as we went through and any other colleagues I met were very attentive and welcoming. I have worked as a manager in retail for many years and I would be very proud to have your colleagues on my team

We came in looking for a mattress we were greeted by a very warmly salesman who after observing co-vid procedures went on to explain what was going to happen, when we told him that we were looking for a new mattress .He was very helpful and showed us quite a few mattresses at the same time being very informative and professional we came away feeling very relaxed and are excitingly awaiting our new mattress to arrive
