Greeted by Geoff who was very pleasant and helpful, we knew which mattress we wanted and Geoff knew exactly where it was located in the store and provided pillows for us to try it. He provided all the info on taking old mattress away and was generally very knowledgable on his product.

From the moment we entered the store Steve immediately greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. We took him upon his offer and throughout the entire shopping experience he was able to answer any question we had, provide us with endless information and made what would normally be a dull thing to shop for, fun. Steve couldn’t do enough for us, he is an asset!

We have just moved house and new to the area. Sandra was amazing in helping understand our needs for the bedding, and provide us with a much needed cup of tea after our long journey.
