Great Service

Steve in the redditch store was friendly and helpful.

Excellent welcoming staff. They ensured us that we where happy and they also offered refreshments. The staff checked to see what the right mattresses where suited to our needs. They then showed us the relevant mattresses they had and left us to walk around and try them.

Well looked after by the gentleman offered tea coffee an to try out every bed brilliant experience

I needed specific help with a mattress for my mother and the assistant was amazing in helping me decide which was best

I popped in just to have a look as I’d heard dreams were good . Sandra did the sleep test with me and helped identify beds for me . She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses and really helpful . We were offered a drink and we tried out lots of matressses , I found the perfect one. Sandra also explained in detail all the after care and product details . I thurohghly enjoyed my shop at dreams and hopefully have the perfect bed now .

As soon as we got through the door we were welcomed by Steve and asked what our requirements were. he then immediately offered us a drink. didnt feel pressured by him at all and he was very jovial throughout. After we had been tested for our required mattress he showed us all that were available. I am partially disabled so getting on and off beds can be quite a struggle, but Steve was very patient.

Lovely friendly staff. Served by Sandra - very knowledgeable. Advised on everything I could need, and was very patient as I took forever to decide! Delivery was a lot quicker than expected which is ideal moving into a new home.
