Dreams - Redditch

We were greeted in a friendly manner, asked if he could help us in any way. We did not feel pressurised at all in choosing what we wanted. He gave us the necessary information regarding the mattress we required. We were dealt with in a respectful way by someone who appears to enjoy his job.

Liked the bed machine so was shown the suitable beds that was matched for us. Tried lots of different mattresses hopefully found our dream matresss.

Swift, efficient and friendly service

Around five months ago we went into dreams in Redditch and Steve welcomed us and our children and even though a tv bed wasn’t available at that time , he made a real effort with us and ensured that he would look after us next time we came in. We then visited again Saturday, Steve remembered us and again was so animated and welcoming , made us a tea - made conversation with our daughter and gave us the full customer treatment including testing what mattress would be good for us . Steve was charming , knowledgeable and we felt so at ease and had no issues with anything he said . His manager was very helpful too , the whole team are a credit to dreams - but super Steve was our fave .

The guy I saw was knowledgeable and helpful, with a friendly personality and showed me a number of suitable options and explained everything to me.

Your sales assistant was extremely helpfuli at all times and never left us to attend to another customer. He was very knowledgeable about the items on offer and also understood what we wanted and what we had to replace.

Steven was very helpful and knowledgable. He answered all of our questions patiently and professionally.

We entered the store and was allowed to walk around and take in what we were looking for before being approached by a member of staff. Once we were settled a member of staff approached us and helped us decide on the correct bed and accessories. Excellent service very pleased.

Steve/Brogan we’re very professional. They were very attentive and made our process of finding the perfect mattress smooth and easy. They went above and beyond and 100% are Amazing at the job
