Dreams - Redditch

Steve in the Redditch branch, was not only informative, but highly entertaining, seeing to our needs, offering me and my daughter ,refreshments, whilst telling me about the bed and informing me about the timescale in which my bed would be delivered. I would gladly tell everybody about my Dreams experience, it was the highlight of our day

Our sales advisor, Sandra, at the Redditch store was fantastic. Warm and friendly, not too pushy like a lot of sales people. She facilitated our sale rather than forced it, she went out of her way to ensure what we wanted was available to be delivered within our very tight time frame. I couldn't recommend her enough, please clone Sandra and put her throughout your stores!

Friendly and informative service. Sandra provided excellent customer service and helped to find the right bed for us. We felt very welcomed and not pressured. COVID regulations were upheld. The store was extremely clean and the staff all wore the correct PPE.

Steve was really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble- he made me feel really at ease and that he was more interested in me getting the right product than making a sale. I was really impressed in general and would highly recommend

Had looked on line prior to visit and had idea of what I want to see. Not really dissatisfied but there was so much choose had to be lead by team member to find item. Then became child in sweet shop so many options.
