The lady that serviced me was amazing, this is the first time I have bought a bed and wasn’t sure what I was looking for, my partner wasn’t with me and she took the time to find out about us and built a rapport with me which was lovely! The store was clean and covid safe, I was made aware of all my options and it didn’t feel as though a sale was being pushed on me! So excited to get a new bed- not long to wait now! So grateful for all of the help I had!

The welcome, we were given all the information we wanted. Good advice, excellent customer care service and we felt at home. We were also offered a drink.

Staff were polite, very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept to social distancing.

Steve the salesmen at Redditch was amazing. He was so helpful, relaxed us and gave us the time to browse without pressurising us.

We knew what we wanted and was shown the bed we had chosen from the website, Steve the salesman knew everything we needed to know. We felt safe as everyone had masks on and social distancing was in place too. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed. Felt really happy about our bed and got it in the sale too!

The moment we walked in a staff member greeted us and asked what we were looking for. We knew the bed we wanted and were directed to it. We then had another member help us with the order and advise us on the mattress and pillow purchases. The whole process was smooth, friendly and we were highly satisfied. This is the second bed we have purchased here and very happy either the products
