Dreams - Redditch

We were greeted in store by Geoff and offered hand sanitiser and water and covid rules explained. Then shown the sleep machine to assess which beds might suit. We were then shown a variety of beds in a range of prices to try and given a pillow with a sheet over. The offers were explained and we made our purchase.

The store was very clean and welcoming when we visited and Steve was incredibly helpful, offering us drinks, help and advice throughout. Steve was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we needed and also have us space and time to make our own decision about what we wanted.

I brought my elderly parents to purchase a double bed. The lady who advised us had a great deal of knowledge and went out of her way to make my parents comfortable and she listened to all their needs to make sure the bed was right in every way possible.

Sandra helped us in store and was super helpful. She explained the sleep test machine and the results while we had our 2 year old being silly. She wasn't phased at all and helped us figure out our options, recommended a number of mattresses and in our price range. She explained what the issue with our current mattress was most likely to be and the best choices to avoid these issues in future

The staff were able to guide us through so that we bought the right thing. We found the lady who served us very helpful and pleasant

Sandra at Redditch Dreams was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was welcoming and quickly explained the options to us. We were offered a drink whilst she explained our options and showed us the products that were most relevant to us.

The staff were so helpful and polite. They managed to sort out the finance of my bed over the phone instead of me having to come into the store after work. They were very patient with me and flexible with arranging payment and delivery.
