All COVID safety measures in place well laid out store lots of cleaning being done staff very courteous & knowledgeable all in all a good experience under the current restrictions

I have complex medical issues and after two very disappointing online purchases I couldnt wait for my local Dreams to re-open allowing me to try-before-I-buy a new mattress. All COVID safety measures were in place and adhered to during my visit. I was warmly greeted by STEVE who was friendly, informative, listened to my many needs and guided me through the options. He makes a lovely cup of tea too! After much deliberation, I purchased a mattress AND A BED BASE & A HEADBOARD!! The price on offer was amazing...I saved more than I spent! Delivery was flexible to suit my needs and helped a lot. I'm so looking forward to my new bed arriving as you cannot beat the personal service instore. Thank you Steve 🙂

Store team were fantastic. I rarely go shopping in store with sales people who usually don’t have much knowledge about what they’re trying to sell, but try and push it on you anyway. However Steve in the Redditch store was great. Very professional and friendly. I hope this feedback reaches him.

Walked in, my partner and I sanitised our hands and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who’s very charismatic and kindly asked what we were looking for. We wanted a bed and mattress. He took us over to the ‘sleep machine’ which was brilliant to use and told us exactly what type of mattress we needed. He came back after we were done on the machine and showed us around the mattresses and let us try them, he also showed us the deals they had on. We then looked at bed frames and the different styles whilst sticking to the budget!!! What I enjoyed was the salesman wasn’t pushy, and he didn’t pester or harass. He had a laugh and a joke with us whilst staying professional and really made us feel at ease right from the get go with his warm welcome. We bought a bed frame which we are very pleased with and can’t wait for it to arrive! Sadly we did not buy a mattress as we felt they were a bit out of our price range for the quality. We were looking to spend around £500 on the mattress and had found one at that price that was good quality elsewhere. Overall good experience and well worth the trip, would highly recommend!

We were very happy with the speed of service and the advice given to enable us to buy the beds that we required.

Sandra greeted us at the door as soon as we arrived. She showed us a selection of mattresses, which we were able to test. We already had an basic idea of what we were looking for. Our Son had also been to this store the previous week and purchased a new mattress etc.

From the time we walked in, the staff was really helpful in every aspect . a1++

Store Assistant was pleasant and knowledgeable. The store appeared to be well managed.

Very professional but ver friendly as well. Although last customers of the day before closing never felt rushed. Have us time to look but on hand for questions. Lovely cup of coffee too.

On our arrival, everything was there for the COVID-19 hand sanitizer etc, welcome by manager who then directed us to an assistant, very helpful to our requests, carried out mattresses test, along with covering on mattress along with pillows, following this directed us to beds with mattress requirements for our comfort, after testing and choosing the mattress, we then asked for a bed base to suit, we required a ottoman base, to which several designs were shown, we choose the motorised type. Following our chosen products we then ordered the items, paid and left the store very happy, order to arrive on the 13th May. The assistant, Sandra, was very knowledgeable and very good customer relations, will attend the shop again in the future, and hopefully order through Sandra with no trouble.
