I had been considering buying a new mattress for a long while and wanted to shop around abit. This was the first and last shop I popped into. I was seen to quickly, the staff were affable, polite and attentive. Rather than forcing me to buy the most expensive mattress they listend to my needs and found three matteresses at different price points and which made making a decision easy.

The team at Dreams looked after us when we went into look at a new bed on the Saturday for my teenager son and treated him very well. Whilst there we noticed the cinema beds and was given the information on them, returned on the sunday to order as we were very impressed with the service from Geoff and the lady as well (sorry did not get name. Thought the team was friendly and knowledgeable

Stephen was very helpful and did his best to ensure I felt safe and that I was choosing the correct product for my needs. The shop was clean and felt a safe environment to shop in.

We were looked after by a wonderful chap, called Steve. He gave us a great deal on a mattress that was being discontinued. He was kind enough to give us 2 pillows and a mattress protector too. Considering we came into the branch at the end of day, he was so nice about it and couldn’t do enough to help us. He was friendly, warm and made us laugh and feel at ease. He is a real credit to Redditch branch, hope to see him again soon.

Extremely helpful staff

Both Sandra and Baz were extremely patient with us as we went through the process of deciding exactly what we needed.

We were greeted on entering the store and from then on were extremely satisfied with the service we had. Steve our salesman talked us through every step and went above and beyond to make sure we were given the best advice for our purchase.
